Contact details, business enquiries, network applications and attachments are stored in the private submissions desk for authorised DNA staff to review. Submissions are not automatically published.
The application stores content and submissions in Cloudflare-backed database and file storage. Editorial sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication. Content view counts and selected outbound clicks use a temporary in-memory identifier; DNA does not store that identifier in a browser cookie or local storage.
DNA must confirm its retention periods and deletion process before public launch.
